Supreme Court adjourns naira case to February 22

The Supreme  Court in a panel presided by Justice Inyang Okoro, on Wednesday, adjourned the hearing in the suit banning the use of the old naira to Wednesday February 22, 2023.

Recall that the court had temporarily put on hold the February 10th deadline for the ban of N1000, N500 and N200 notes in the last hearing.Naira Redesign : Supreme Court Suspends FG February 10 Deadline

The panel ordered the amendment of processes in group states  and fixed all Suits for hearing on Wednesday February 22, 2023.
