Rivers People In Diaspora endorse PDP Candidate, Fubara, for Governor

Rivers people in Diaspora under the aegis of Rivers Sim Movement (RSM) has endorsed the Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Amaopusenibo Siminalayi Joseph Fubara for Governor come 2023.
The group which has its members from Americas and Europe visiting Nigeria paid a Courtesy Visit on the Gubernatorial Candidate on Dec 28, 2022 in Port Harcourt.
The leader of the Group from Diaspora- Amaopusenibo Shedrack Fubara in company of the Global Coordinator of RSM and other Executive Members called on Rivers People to vote massively for Sir Fubara in the forthcoming 2023 Guber Election.
The groups said they came to the conclusion to support the candidate after a careful review of his vision and programs for Rivers people when he becomes the Governor.
The Governorship candidate was also conferred with the title of Grand Patron of RSM worldwide.
Also present during the courtesy visit were the Rivers State Commissioner for Information- Alabo-Elect Chris Finebone and (Hon.)Deacon Akie Fubara – Chief Patron RSM  and a host of other leaders.
Members of the group from the Diaspora are: Amaopusenibo Shedrack Fubara, Canada, Dr. Akeh Woha, Ireland, Ms. Elsie Owujie, US, Engr. Tonnie Asekomeh, US, Dr. Darlington Finebone, US, Mr. Danny Hart, US.
Members of RSM at home who were also part of the delegation include: Hon. Warisenibo Tonye Cookey Gam, Dr. Idah Waboso, Dr. Joy Ndimele, Mrs. Chituru Odu, Mr. Simeon Ahiamadu, Hon. Arthur Jaja, Hon Humphrey Uranta, Warisenibo Francis Pepple  and a host of other RSM Members.
Responding after receiving the endorsement and support of the Group, The PDP Guber Candidate expressed his gratitude to members of RSM at home and especially Diaspora for the massive support, the financial contributions for campaign projects and for coming all the way from overseas to visit and endorse him. He urged them to continue to be good ambassadors of Rivers State and assured the group that he will be a Governor for all Rivers people at home and abroad.
He wished the group and all Rivers people a Happy 2023.
