OSUN: The Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi has congratulated the Peoples Democratic Party and the governor elect, Ademola Adeleke for his landslide victory over the incumbent governor Adegboyega Oyetola.

the PDP’s Adeleke was declared winner by the Returning Officer for the election, Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, announced that Adeleke got a total of 403,371 votes beating the incumbent, Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, who got 375,027 votes in a keenly contested race. the is hope for 2023 elections as INEC has shown credibility in the process he added.

According to source, the former governor of Anambra state appreciated the effort of his LP man Lasun Yusuff, for his commitment and doggedness to contest till the end and on his “Resolve”. he further said
