Ogbia Language Learning and Teaching Gets A Boost As Educationist Launches 4 Books and Teaching Aids.

All is now set for the official launch and public presentation of four books and Teaching Aids in Ogbia Language Learning and Teaching authored, by renowned educationists, Mrs. Isu F.B. Asela.

The event billed to hold on Saturday June 18th, 2022, at Community Secondary School, Onuebum, in Ogbia Local Government Area by 9:00am prompt shall also witness the official flag off of a week long workshop for teaching instructors of Ogbia Language extraction.

Dr. Goodluck, Ebele Jonathan GCON, GCFR, is Special Guest of Honour, Chairman of Ogbia Local Government Area, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ebinyo, Marvin Turner FCAI, FIPD and Honourable Commissioner of Education. Dr. Gentle Emelah are Guest of Honour, Chief. (Hon.) Robert, Enogha Ayalla, is Chairman of the occasion, Father of the day is Paramount Ruler of Onuebum Community, HRH. Kine K. Osain (Ogo XVi), Mother of the day is Chief. (Mrs.) Ayibanengiyega Egba while Spiritual Father and Mother of the day are Venerable & Mrs. T.M. Obaze, Venerable of Onuebum Archdeaconry.

King. Amalate, Johnnie Turner MFR, is the Chief Launcher, while Prof. Arikawei Apuega, Dr. Kosioma Owede, Prof. Agi Azibaodomomsi and Prof. (Mrs.) Nateinyin, Joy Akporehwe are the book reviewers.

The four books to be publicly unveiled and launched have been included as official texts for the teaching of basic subjects of Mathematics and English Language by the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education for 2021 to 2024 academic sessions.

Resource persons for the workshop are Mr. Basene, Okpu F. Amangoli and Mr. Egberi Benjamin.

The book presentation anchored by “The Let’s Restore Ogbia Language Forum” promises to be eventful as the creme de la creme of Ogbia extraction, and educationists across the state are billed to grace the epoch occasion.
