People residing in the Edepie School Road in Yenagoa local government area of Bayelsa state have expressed appreciation to the Governor Douye Diri led administration for completing the school road project in their community.
Some residents said the government has done quite well for them by completing the road which has eased their pains and burdens.

They noted that the completion of the road has improved economic activities but also appealed to the government to begin the second phase of the road.
Other residents who also thanked the state government for making the road pliable said they have been suffering for a long time but can now have a sigh of relief when they come out of their houses to go about their activities.

A trader who pleaded anonymity noted that she had lost many customers due to the state of the road which was very muddy and smelling.
They appreciated Governor Douye Diri for putting actions into his words by ensuring that the road is completed for the benefit of all.
